Why we do not share our phone numbers on internet?
We are very small team and mostly working from diverse locations to manage our travel operations. Being immensely popular online, to attain all the calls, we have to maintain a call-center, which will be a big overhead for us now. Apart from being documented, web-form and email are easier to maintain. We try to reply at the earliest. If you want to communicate over phone, all our enquiry forms has phone number field, and contact method preference.
We do have phone numbers, and we talk to customers too, but we prefer online communication for the first time. Once the booking is confirmed, we share our central and local phone numbers with customers. There is an increasing number of travelers whom we’ve served but never talked to, and that is absolutely normal in a digitized world.
