Palzor Homestay, Zuluk (Dzuluk), Sikkim is the most-recommended accommodation at Zuluk. It is a traditional Sikkimese household running by a Lepcha family. Palzor Homestay can accommodate 8 people at a time. It is clean and comfortable. The foods are cooked healthy and served hot by the caretaker family.
Zuluk or dzuluk, a small settlement at 9000 Feet altitude, is a popular staying point at The Old Silk Route. It is one of the remotest tourist-accessed villages in the eastern Himalayas. The journey to Zuluk through a zigzag hilly road is a memorable one. Zuluk has an array of interesting spots accessible from there in a day visit. The most common sightseeing loop is Thambi view point, Nathang Valley, Kupup, Jelep La pass, Nathula, Tsomgo Lake and back to Zuluk.
To enter Zuluk, every visitors require a permit.The permit is issued in SDPO, Rongli which is open till 2:00 P.M on weekdays and 11:00 A.M on Saturday (Sunday closed). Foreigners cannot enter Zuluk due to Army imposed restrictions.
