It is highly recommended for the travel party to ask us for the exact cancellation rule before booking. The following are the generic guidelines for cancellation process in small homestays and transport, this may not be followed in a case to case basis.

As a tourism organization, we always try to protect our customers and our service providers (hoteliers and transporters) from any loss due to the uncertainty of travel business. Please bear with us in the case of an unsatisfactory cancellation. We do not profit from any cancellation.
