Payment and Refund

OTAS offers prepaid booking only. Travelers pay us the complete amount for confirmed booking in our listed properties. We issue a paid invoice which is required to check-in at the property booked.

Payment Method

We accept NEFT, Net-banking, Credit/Debit Cards payments in India. You can also pay by Cash, Cheque drop or ATM Transfer at any branch of ICICI Bank.


Online Payment


For international payment we use PayPal or SWIFT transfer.


OTAS does not offer any travel insurance. Though your personal travel insurance is valid during travel.


After payment, we issue a paid invoice which is the necessary proof of booking. Travelers should carry this document with them during travel as it is required during check-in. Our invoices are secured and digitally signed.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation policy differs from property to property. There are some properties, mainly homestays, which do not offer any refund. We’ll inform you about the cancellation policy of the property, which you are booking, before payment. As a rule, we do not offer any refund or reschedule on or after 12 days before booking.

The refund amount (if any) will be paid to the bank account of the traveler within 45 business days from the date of cancellation.
